I was very nervous shipping my car across country having never done it before. I chose Streamline somewhat arbitrarily after reading the reviews on this site. Their customer service is outstanding. I always felt like they really cared about me and my car. There were minor glitches in communication but otherwise everything went smoothly. They always returned calls, were always courteous, and they delivered exactly what they promised.
If I were to go through a broker again I would use Streamline again. I recommend them without hesitation. However, in my experience, I ended up dealing with the actual shipper quite a bit and probably in the future I would feel comfortable contacting a shipper myself w/o using a broker. However, if you have never shipped before or would prefer a broker take care of everything and want a reliable, courteous company, go with Streamline. You will be satisfied.
