Non communication

Initial contact was prompt and pleasant, yet the moment the sub contractor - Express Delivery Inc. - got involved - it all went downhill from there. I was told that I would get a call with in 24hrs of pick up to confirm time and that never happened. Repeated attempts to contact both Joanne at Streamline and Fred at Express Delivery were either met with voice mail or erroneous information. Situation is now that I have to find another company at the 11.5 hour, have not received any apologies what so ever, and will report companies to BBB.

There are actually 3 sides to this story. The true fault lies in that the driver did not respond in the time that Lara Rubin demanded. The pickup was in the window of 3 days. 1st. 2nd. and the 3rd. The day for pick up was verified for the 3rd. w/ myself, the dispatcher and Lara. She wanted the driver to call between 4:30 and 5:00 on the 2nd. and when none of us were aware of this (I got a message at 4:30) . I was at a business meeting and could not respond. I checked my messages at midnite and could not call here then. I did tho at 7:30 on the 3rd. She already canceled and we made other arrangements. The driver was an hour away for pickup and she would not allow him to pick up.
