I had contacted Joanne at Streamline because my boss wanted to ship his minivan from Chicago to Bozeman. I did extensive research and felt the most comfortable with Streamline. Very pleasant and communicative the entire time. Took about 10 days to find auto-transport company, but it was over 4th of July weekend, so it did not worry me. Joanne called me in the evening and told me she had a company that could move it tomorrow morning. I had no problem with this and we proceeded with the vehicle being moved. Joanne did the background check on the driver/company since she had not worked with him previously. I was then contacted by Dave from Haulaway Trucking. Dave ran into a few problems so the car was not picked up for approximately 2 days but I did not have a problem with this either. He is a very pleasant gentlemen been doing this for a very long time and was in constant contact with me to keep me updated on the turn of events. The vehicle was picked up on a Friday at 1:00 pm and was delivered in the morning on Monday, same condition as it left Chicago! This is the first time I have ever used a transport company and I am extremely pleased and would do it again. I would definitely use Streamline! Joanne knows what she is doing and knows her reputation is on the line and will ONLY deal with respectable transport companies. The only reason I rated Streamline a 4 is because I have no other companies to compare Streamline to.
