We searched on Angie's List for an "A" rated auto transport company and decided on Streamline Auto Transport. They in turn sub-contracted Nationwide Auto Transit Inc to handle our auto transport. When Nationwide's driver delivered our car to our receiving agent in CA, they delivered the WRONG car. When we arrived in CA and called Nationwide about the mistake, they contacted the driver and he made the delivery that evening. The car was was covered in so much road dirt that the color was unrecognizable. When we got the car washed the next day and noticed 4 deep scratches, 2 on the hood, 1 on the driver's side view mirror and 1 on the trunk, we called Nationwide again and immediately emailed them photos of the damages. It took them 3 weeks to file with their insurance company, Clemens & Associates and it is now day 10 of waiting for their adjuster to contact us before we have approval to repair our car.

Hello Steven, I am so very sorry for what has happened! I was not aware of any of this. Nobody informed me. Had I known about this I would have helped you to get action faster. Although I have to mention that road dirt is common in the winter. I also want to mention that the fact that they contacted their Ins. Co. is a real positive and these things do take time. I repeat I wish I would have known about this. My contracting with an actual transport co. is what my job description is. I am a broker. I have not had a bad experience with Nationwide until now. I have to mention that they are taking care to satisfy you and are also waiting for the results to mature from their Ins. Co. They do not want a bad review as I do not. Good reviews are what keeps our businesses going. Things certainly do happen in this business as in all businesses and again I am very sorry for the major inconvenience and time you are spending to resolve this. This type of thing is out of my control as it is yours. But how things are handled by the Nationwide is how we can really judge their performance. I had full faith that your vehicle would have had been delivered with no problems or I would not have assigned your order to them! Please accept my sincere apology! Joanne Streamline
