Great service, exactly as promised

I moved an old collectible car from Colorado to California. The car was recently purchased and is going to be restored. At first I was going to drive, as it's only about 2 days away. But after figuring the cost of flights, gas and motels, it turns out that a car transporter was slightly cheaper (not by much, moving cars is expensive).

I was a little weary of auto transporters in general as there are a LOT of horror stories out there. Most of them are fly by night characters who couldn't care less about your car or following any laws.

However, Streamline, and Joanne, the owner of Streamline, has done all of her homework, is licensed and insured in the proper manner and goes out of her way to check the drivers she contracts. That's a whole lot more than most people in this business do. Not only that, but she gives you a realistic schedule when she is sure it can be attained. She even forwarded me the cell phone number of the driver so that I could contact him directly.

Oh, and, as a bonus, my car was actually transported in an enclosed transport. I had requested an open transport (the car was in poor shape, so that was OK), but Joanne located an enclosed transport with free space at no additional cost. Turns out they were comming this way to pickup a car and my car was the only one going West....

Overall, it was a very, very good experience, and I have since recommended her to other car collectors who are moving cars around. A completely professional business and really the way things should always be. I'm really sick of having to fight for what I am paying for and thankfully avoided all of that by using Streamline.
