TERRIBLE!! Avoid this company!!

The customer service of Stateway was non-existent. I received an online quote quickly but, once the order was confirmed & the deposit received, problems were immediate. Despite planning ahead (order confirmed 6 days in advance), I had to leave Atlanta before knowing what my pickup date would be. They said they were having trouble finding a driver (in Atlanta - really?!). Blamed the "holiday weekend" which was Easter, 4 days away. Called again after Easter with no response. Repeated calls to "Susie" went unanswered and, when I did finally reach her, she promised to call me back the next day - that never happened! After 11 days of waiting, having still received no projected pickup date, I cancelled the order & requested a refund of my deposit. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau & the Federal Highway Administration.
