I cancelled after waiting 15 days

I placed an order w. Stateway after they matched a price of a competitor. Sales quote process was smooth. But after the order, the service and communication were poor. Phone calls never reached a live person, and voicemails and emails were not returned promptly or at all (usually days later). On July 26th, I got an email saying a carrier would be assigned "the middle of this week at the latest" (meaning July 30th). On July 31st I received a call saying "it was in the final stages" then did not hear anything until August 4th when I received another call saying they would find a driver "today" but it would take a few hours to send confirmation. When heard nothing by August 6th, I left a voicemail and email saying I was considering cancelling the order. I received an email asking for more time, till the end of the week. End of week would have been 18 days from my first available date. I cancelled the order. I will not call Stateway again, but I am not starting over with another company either. Instead, someone will drive the car down for me.
