I wish I can give zero stars because that is what this company deserves. I booked 5 days ago got confirmed pickup date. 2 days ago messaged and confirmed date again was confirmed. Today date of pickup about 2pm got message pickup cancelled after me confirming with this carrier twice!! They have 4 cancellations in 4 weeks on citizenshipper to tell you how unprofessional they are, nobody ever contacted me to arrange shipment, not a single call. I contacted today after I got cancellation email from citizenshipper. Avoid them like a fart tbey stink very bad. Zero stars very unprofessional.
