I would never use the company to ship another car. First they showed up two days late after asking me to pay $150 more than their quote to pick up the car. I negotiated down to just $5 more and they picked it up. The carrier they used then delivered my car late and at night without calling me. I was so happy to get the car with the stuff in it that I assumed it was fine. It wasn't! The alignment was wrong so I took it to the repair shop and when they got it up in the air you could see the whole bottom of the car was scraped up and the back wheel rods were bent. Also there was a strap mark on top of the car with all the paint removed in that area. They claimed their carrier was bonded and insured, so I thought I would just report the damage and it would be covered. Instead I have been told by the insurance company, Progressive that their insured GfH logistics won't answer the phone when they call about the damage to my car, so they will just cancel their policy and I should just use my own insurance. I am out the $600 I paid to ship the car and the $1000 it will take to fix it. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP YOUR CAR.

The industry is run by brokers and we assign the independent driver who will be transporting the vehicle for the customer. Our contracts and paperwork state all this information to all customers. The hauler called GFH Logistics was the driver transporting her vehicle and according to the customer, the car was damaged. We have been helping the customer with the insurance claim she did with Progressive insurance and everything on getting this resolved for her as quickly as possible. Unfortunetly, this is all we can do, is assist in the matter and try to get this resolved for her through the carriers insurance policy to get her vehicle repaired. We are sorry to know this happened, but we have not at any time ignored the customer or not offered to assist in any way.
