We had a good experience with this company. The price was reasonable and the vehicle was picked up earlier than expected (but still within the requested time frame) from the dealer. Communication with the company via phone and email was excellent - they were able to get last minute changes to the driver promptly. The company did want to change our pick up location, but we had enough notice (about 24 hours) that we were able to work it out. Again, communication was key because we had to drive 3 hours to Denver to pick up the car. It was in good condition upon arrival.

Had the vehicle arrived with the proper dealer paperwork, including a temporary license plate, and had the alternator not gone out on a mountain pass on the way home, the whole process of purchasing/shipping the car would have been perfect. But that's another story ...
