Transport Daughter's New Car (Tx - Cal)

You're probably wondering why would a parent ship a new car to their daughter? Unfortunately she and two other college students parked cars had been hit & totalled. Time & COST were factors in shipping a car from Texas to California. We would definitely use State2State for future needs!

CUSTOMER SERVICE: I felt a little uneasy at 1st about transporting a brand new car from Texas to California (1st for us), until I spoke to a live person - Giles Gener at State2State.
KNOWLEDGE / TIPS: This company was very knowledgeable and helpful with tips on how to prep car for transporting, gas & fluid levels,and asking the right questions of pickup location and clearance for transporter in order to make the pickup / delivery a smooth one. They picked up the car straight from the dealership, and delivered directly to her office - that's what you call service! (remember - transporter need height clearance and all around to unload, etc.)
COMMUNICATION: Online Tracker was awesome, company emailed as well as called back w/status updates, this was greatly appreciated and put us at ease.
PRICE: Company's quote was solid - no hidden fees... I received several competitor bids (their bid was in the low quarter), after reading of their high ratings? Price & ratings prompted us to hire State2State for their shipping services. Cost was actually less than driving car and return airline ticket - to missing days of work, etc.
