The driver had to go through all of NY's worst possible travel nightmares, but called me to make sure I knew where he was in relation to where I am.
With all the nightmare traffic, and main roads being closed for night repair, I told him to call when he arrived no matter waht the time- I actually took delivery at 3 AM, which allowed the driver to shut down and get a muck needed rest for a few hours before he had to get back into our local traffic mess (I am 60 miles East of NYC, on Long Island)
He didn't have it even close to easy, and he still was the most professional delivery driver I ever met.
This is one fantastic company to deal with, and their staff is on top of every detail.
