Horrible company!! Do not waste your time especially if your shipping is tied to a Military/Work relcation where time does matter! This was our first time attempting to ship a vehicle and we made reservations August 3rd for an August 29th pickup. (Almost 30 days in advance) A confirmation was received and signed August 4th. On August 23, we were told via email there was no confirmation of the load pickup by a driver. (6 days before our departure) When we called to find out what this email meant since we scheduled so far in advance, we were told "that didn't matter" because the drivers don't know the loads they will have that far in advance. When we explained we received an email with confirmation of the date 8/29/17, again, we were told that "regardless" of the discrepency from what was in black and white versus what were being told over the phone, what was over the phone is what was right. (This was the owner himself) A CSR continued to call the rest of the week with updates knowing we were on a Military move and that the date we provided for pickup was the latest date we could wait (same information provided to the owner when we initially called) but here we are, the day of scheduled pick up- no confirmation, no additional waiting time and no communication efforts to make it right and get a transport. We cancelled the shipping and are now forced to drive two vehicles across the country. These are stressers no family should have to deal with. Especially when you have children, pets or both and have done all you could have with plenty of time to make accomodations for a smooth transition. Save your time and stress by staying away from this company. Use your time and money with a company that that will set proper expectations and follow through on them!

We apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately the carriers on this route were not able to confirm a full load for your pickup window to transport your vehicle on the dates you requested. These drivers are independent carriers and they confirm the route once the load is complete for them to get on the road. Pick up windows and delivery dates are estimated due to any unforeseen delays any of these carriers may have. We do provide that info. on our contracts explaining this. Carriers put their loads together closer to dates, so even if you set up your order a month in advance, they can only confirm their loads closer to dates requested and hope there is no delays for pick up. We were in full communication with the customer at all times and always advised the situation to them.
