Was told multiple times during a two week period vehicle would be picked up before Wednesday, then it was on Friday, even though the facility where the vehicle was located was closed on Fridays which they were aware of, then it was Monday then it was Wednesday. Never happened! They'd call every few days to tell me they were working on it and drivers were awaiting final confirmation of a full load. So much for the email I received telling me they had drivers in the area. Over and over again I was told drivers were awaiting confirmation of a full load. Offered more money to expedite the process and was told it wouldn't help. Finally with no action taken I cancelled and received an email telling me if they's raised the offer and if I'd offered more money they would have been able to overcome the routing issues they were having. So which is it? Drivers awaiting confirmation of a full load or a routing issue. They can't seem to make up their mind and I can't wait around until they get their act together. Learned my lesson! With low price comes no honesty or no service.

This customer booked his order was us on March 11 and the vehicle was ready to be shipped starting that date. We were in communication with the customer and the person at pick up the entire time and always advised we were working with all the drivers trying to do that route and waiting for them to confirm a full load. These drivers are all independent drivers and we need to wait till they confirm a full load to schedule the time frames of pickup for each customer with all the different brokers. We did the best we could and worked on his order for free, since we never charge a customer the deposit, which is our broker fee, until the driver is confirmed to pickup the vehicle. If the driver cant complete a full load, he can not transport that route, for its not worth for him to lose money if doesn't have a full load. So everything we told the customer is correct and if the driver cant confirm a full load, then the route is an issue and not enough vehicles are looking to be shipped on that route. We did all we could and worked on the customers order for free till he cancelled on March 24. We apologize that we were not able to move his car on the dates we requested but never charged the customer anything to do any work in that time frame.
