Hard to get a hold of after business hours

I would not recommend State 2 State!!! Friday March 14, 2014 I made arrangements with Amber to deliver my Chevy Silverado from FL to SC. I told her I needed the truck to be delivered by Saturday evening. I asked if she could make that happen if I paid more. She said she could defiantly do that. She took all my info and had me sign a contract. A couple of hours went by and I called Rosie in customer service around 5 pm. I asked Rosie if they had a driver and she said "yes we have 2 we are just trying to figure out which one to use." I asked her if I can call her back to check on things and she said she was getting ready to leave for the weekend. She informed me that no one will be in customer service until Monday and I asked if I could call a dispatch line. She said " we don't give out our dispatch number because they get flooded with calls." I found that strange. I never received a call from the company all weekend. I expressed to both Amber and Rosie how I urgently needed to get this truck to my husband for business in SC. They went home after their 40 hr week and didn't care how stressed they made me Friday evening and Saturday morning. Since I wasn't able to get a hold of both Amber and Rosie I emailed Amber telling her I'd like to cancel my order since she didn't handle my delivery as promised. I ended up getting my vehicle delivered with ALS Cavalier Convoy alsshipping.com they were very professional and delivered my truck within 24 hours of making contact with them. The gentleman I worked with gave me his cell phone number after hours if I had any questions. I would recommend them. My advice is if you can't get in contact with the company after hours or the person that took your personal information then do not use them! As I'm writing this review it's March 16 at 11:00 P.M. and still no call from State 2 State Almost 3 says late.

This customer booked her order with us on Friday March 14 at 2:41 pm and was advised that we could not pickup the car on the same day, like she requested. WE spoke to her at 5:04 pm on Friday to advise status before we left the office at 6 pm. She cancelled her order with us via email on Saturday, the 15th, when our offices are closed over the weekend. We didn't even have the order for 24 hours and she cancelled the order and now posted a negative review for no reason. We set up an order and Amber advised her that we could not guarantee a driver to pickup the car the same day and the contracts she signed clearly state that the pickup dates are estimated. We did nothing wrong and like stated, she cancelled the order less than 24 hours from booking and giving us no time to work on the order. We did not charge the customer any money or deposit either. As you can see with all our reviews, we do our job accordingly and all our customers are very happy with our services.
