I had booked with state 2 state to move my 79 Beetle from NY to West Virginia. Although I canceled my order, (My scheduled opened up and I drove the car down myself) I had a great experience dealing with them.

Before I signed a contract with them, I read thru it and had a few questions. I sent state 2 state (Amber) a email with my concerns about some of the terms in their contract. Although I never received a reply back from (Amber) to my questions I was contacted by (Rosie) a few days later reminding me I did not sign the contract. I forwarded a copy of the email I had previously sent to (Amber) about the terms of the contract and (Rosie) replied right away. In the email she addressed in detail all the concerns I had, and offered to answer any more questions should I have them. She did not pressure me to sign, nor did anyone else from the company.

In the end, even though state 2 state never transported my car for me, I highly recommend them because of the honesty, transparency, and great customer service I experienced while dealing with them.

Thank you very much for your wonderful review on your experience with our company even though we were not able to transport your vehicle. We did all we could but the route was difficult at that time and drivers were not able to complete a full load. We really appreciate your honesty and hope you will do business with us int he future!
