After reading reviews on more than two dozens auto transport companies, I chose State 2 State because they have ONE not-so-bad review about the price increase, although their quote was the fourth highest that I received from about 14 companies. From what I read in the reviews, I came to conclude that I will get what I pay for, and this is the only company to trust, and I was right. Before booking, Amber was the main contact. She explained how the whole process works, from signing up, deposit, car getting picked up, staying on one truck to destination, delivery... The deposit was not charged until after I received a phone call from Rosie informing which trucking company would pick up the car, on which day, when it would arrive at destination, and the phone number of the trucking company to contact if needed, and how to pay the driver upon delivery. The car was picked up on time, the driver called me one day before pick up; got to destination four days ahead of schedule - taking six days instead of ten - again, with a phone call from the driver the day before. All in all I was very pleased how well the whole car transport process worked out with State 2 State, as this is my first interstate move. Amber and Rosie were prompt, courteous every time I contacted them via email or phone calls. Highly recommend.
