Getting my vehicle transported especially in winter time cross country was a major concern of mine. State 2 State reassured me that they would deliver my vehicle safely and on time, and they did! The driver even called me the week prior and said he would be able to pick it up a few days earlier than scheduled. I was really happy about that! The sooner the better! It arrived in the time frame they gave me and without a scratch. Both the office and the driver were excellent at keeping the lines of communication open and keeping me 'in the loop' during the journey. The driver even called me during the journey letting me know where he was and to give me a heads up of an estimated day of arrival. I was informed by phone when they picked it up and also on the day that it had arrived when exactly the driver would be in my area. I knew exactly what was going on at all times. It was very comforting to know that my car was in good hands. I would absolutely go with this company again if I ever have to transport another vehicle.
