i received excellent customer service until the day of pick up. their truck broke down on the day of pick up so my wife's vehicle was picked up two days later. we were promised for a Saturday delivery, repeatedly called for arrival in return they told us it would come within two days. did not receive the vehicle till the following Thursday of original PROMISED date.
