pretty good, but missing aux

everything went pretty smoothly...
of course, the front of my prius scraped a bit as they drove it up onto the carrier, but that's understandable.
Picking up the car was alright. They are pretty vague about when the car will arrive, but that is understandable. The person dropping off and picking up my car seemed like a pretty honest, hardworking guy.
The only problem i had was that my auxillary chord was missing when i got it. :( maybe it got lost ? stolen? unsure....
