I had the most wonderful experience with this company.
Both Mr. Gilles & Ms. Alina @ customer service sent me my order forms to complete & fax over to them. Immediately I received confirmation through email & within a few days I received a phone call from Mr. John, the truck driver who would pick up my Honda Civic from California & transport to Michigan. He arrived on time & was the nicest person too! Ms. Alina gave me Mr. John's phone number to contact when & if I had any concerns of my Honda Civic wear abouts.
I later found out that I would not be in Michigan on time to pick up my vehicle since my flight would get me later in the day, but my family was able to receive it for me & Mr. John was kind enough to give them a call a couple of hours before he would get there to drop it off. Thank you all for such a great experience! & Thank You Mr. John!;)
