First time using a transport company for my vehicle. I finally chose State2State based on countless positive reviews and price quote. My Jeep was left behind in California when I moved out to Indiana last fall. My father wanted a project to keep him busy, so he got to work on it. Then he decided to move back to Europe and sell his house in California. Unfortunately, he wasn't quite done with putting the wiring back together all at the same time as packing, selling, moving, etc.. the initial pickup was scheduled for end of May.
At the 11th hour, I called Alina at State2State to let her know that the Jeep wasn't ready (wiring not complete / wouldn't start), and could we reschedule the pickup. We pushed back the pickup to the following week. By this point, my dad had to leave his house, and have the Jeep towed to a friend's so that he could continue working on it.
At the end of the second week, the Jeep was still not starting. At this point, I talked with Alina about doing a"potential" non-operative transport if my dad couldn't get it going. We rescheduled pickup for the second week of June. Alina found a driver, but was then informed that they would not be able to pick it up as a N/O vehicle.
With my father's departure just around the corner, he had the Jeep towed to a mechanic. Now I had to push back the pickup (again), with a new pickup location.
Finally, I got a call from the mechanic saying he had the wiring sorted out, and with my dad safely back across the Atlantic, Alina found a driver for a 6/20 pickup.
The Jeep arrived safe and sound A DAY EARLY (6/24)!
In the span of a month, Alina helped me deal with a multitude of unknowns, reschedules, change of locations, etc.. As stressful and frustrating as it was not knowing what was going on with my vehicle, when it would be ready, what I would do if it wasn't ready and my dad left, Alina was there through the entire month, helping me reschedule, confirming drivers and cancellations and getting back to me ASAP those couple of times we had to cancel/reschedule at the last minute.
