Horrible scam company

These guys are crooks, stay far away from them. They refused to provide any insurance documentation to take my vehicle upon me asking. When I requested to see insurance information, the guy told me he would send it to me after I made payment. I asked if he could please give me a call so we can discuss over the telephone, assuming that there was some type of miscommunication through email. This guy Brian calls me with a horrible attitude, and tells me that he’s been burned in the past and can’t send me any insurance information showing that they have valid coverage on my $240,000 vehicle that I’m having them transport, until I make payment first. When I voiced my opinion about this being very shady and odd that I have to make payment prior to having proof of valid insurance, he got upset with me and said I can take my business elsewhere and hung up the phone on me. Don’t waste your time with these guys, they are a broker, and they simply go out and try to find a different company to take your vehicle so that they can make a profit. They’re afraid that if they send you the actual companies information, that you’ll cut them out and go direct to the actual transport company. Word of advice, don’t try and play a customer because you’re afraid that they may take their business elsewhere. Instead, treat the customer correctly and act like a professional, and you’ll have business. You guys don’t deserve any stars and shouldn’t even be in business speaking to customers the way you did.
