I was so excited to use this company initially because they told me that I was going to receive excellent service from start to finish. I had other options that were cheaper but went with this company because Jason assured me that if anything went wrong he would handle it.

I paid them $200 for a deposit and it was a problem as soon as I started to exchange money. I gave them a pick up and drop off location. The car was supposed to be picked up at my aunt's house (it has been in her garage for 8 weeks...that is all). The driver told her that she had to drive the car to him almost a mile away because he had a Mercedes on the truck and was concerned about scratching it if there were any trees. This forced my aunt to drive the car a mile and since he did not call ahead of time for her to make arrangements, she drove it to him and had to walk home...my aunt is 60 years old. He also asked her for cash for payment for the transport and she had to tell him 3 times that she is aware that he is getting paid the balance COD. He finally left and once she got home she called me and told me what happened.

I figured that was that and I was just expecting my car to arrive on Sunday. Well the car ended up coming on Friday. Which would have been great news except I told Jason that I was expecting to pay on Sunday. It was also an issue because I needed it to delivered on a weekend because I had just started my new job and could not leave to deal with my car. The driver "Eli" called my aunt, called my secondary contact out here but never called me. I finally made arrangements to get the money earlier and I tracked down the driver (since he never called me) and he told me he would be at the drop off location at around 6pm.

At 8pm I received a call asking if I would drive to Compton, CA. Not only is that a notoriously bad area especially at night it was almost 20 miles from the drop off. He had my car...how was I supposed to be driving there? I ended up telling him he needed to honor our agreement and drive it to Venice, CA. He told me to meet him at a location I did not know...there are no trees, tight driveways or streets at my second location and I still cannot understand why he did not bring it to my house in Venice.

Lastly, he had my window down, it was dark, he was parked in a no parking zone where a store owner was telling us we had to move. He handed me paperwork and asked if I knew about the scratch on my bumper and the dent in my driver's side door...I said yes. I signed. I had driven a friend's car to meet him so I had to take a $20 taxi to pick up my car...to drive it to the dropoff/home. It was then that I saw a HUGE CRACK in my windshield. I called the driver immediately...it has been over a week and he has never contacted me again. THE INSURANCE INFORMATION THE SPEEDY AUTO GAVE ME FOR THE DRIVER HAD BEEN EXPIRED SINCE 2008 and I have no idea how I am going to file a claim but I will. I have been accused of lying about this crack, but because my Aunt was forced to drive the car to him she and I both have confirmed there was NO CRACK. So...not only did my aunt have to walk a mile 1/2 home, I am paying more than I did for the deposit to fix my windshield. The driver had expired information and Jason...has done NOTHING to assist me. I gave them more than a week to at least address this - they clearly did not value my business once they had my money.

THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER COMPANIES TO USE...DON'T RISK LOSING MORE MONEY PAYING FOR DAMAGES THEY DO & DON'T HAVE INSURANCE TO BACK UP.
