The detailed story is way too long to write up. Suffice it to say, in 14-years of logistical experience, a simple pick-up and ship was turned to an abortion. Once I got past the “Yea”, “Dude” and “Man” from your representatives, I was able to provide them all the relevant details of the pick-up. I even included 6-digital photograph of the subject truck allowing a 360-view of the respective truck. I was never given a status update, a time-line of pick-up, even a window. I truly had no idea even the DAY that the driver would be on the sight to pick-up. Provided NO help from your company, late that night, I was able to track down the truck driver you all hired and argue with him about picking up the truck now (like I requested), and not the following day. Just as the equipment was loaded, the driver wanted $300 to complete the pick-up. I called his dispatch to find out what was going on, but found he wanted $500 to complete the pick-up. I complained to you all, but you all provided no resolution. I’m happy I found this out before I shipped the bulk of by fleet. In this case I only lost $720 to your inabilities.
