My pick-up did not happen as scheduled. When I tried to call the office, I was repeatedly put on hold and disconnected. There was absolutely NO CONTACT from the person who I arranged the pick-up with. Very disappointing to know that I was putting my vehicle into the hands of a company that I did not know if I could trust. Late pick-up. Late delivery, and no discount. Not even a phone call from the company letting me know what was going on. I was hanging in limbo wandering if my car was ever going to be picked up or delivered. Would you voluntarily pay someone to give you such headaches? Not me!
