I was dealing with Cross Country Auto Transport who did not deliver on anything that they said. I had to go back thru the process of calling companies that I received qoutes from. Speedy Auto Transport was my thrid and last call. The qouted me $975 which was $125 more than Cross Country but it was worth it becasue in a matter of 5 to 10 minutes after I gave the deposit I received email confirmation that a driver was dispatched and I was able to follow up with the driver who is scheduled to pick up my vehicle today. The same day I made the reservation. Cross Country Auto stated taht if they couldn't move my vehicle no one could. Well this goes to show them they were definetly WRONG.

I'd like to say way to go JASON. Execllent Customer Service Skills........
