Jordan was great in getting transport setup in a hurry. He was very prompt with responses to my emails. The pickup process was very smooth as well as the driver gave me his cell number. However, when I got the call from them a week later, I was informed that they been trying to call me for a couple of days. I told them I was at home and received no calls or voicemail from them. I was told that if I want my car, I would have to pay another $80 to have it delivered or drive to their lot, which is 30 miles away. I figured it might be another ploy to get more money so I had my wife dropped me off at the lot. Did something like this happen to anyone else?
