first carrier experience

The customer service rep, Jordan, was both knowledgeable and very customer oriented. I was concerned about ordering shipping on-line with no prior experience with the company and shipping an item, a classic car, this way. Jordan was reassuring and confident in his company's ability to "deliver the goods". I called Jordan numerous times with questions and requests and he answered every one of them to my satisfaction. I must say there were times I was ready to reconsider the shipping because of my own insecurity but after talking with Jordan I knew it would be done correctly. I was contacted by the person who would be hauling my car and he too was very professional. He did what he said he would do and he handled my car with care. The only regret I had was that I did not bring a car cover. I did not realize that even with an enclosed container that a fine dust wouls settle on the vehicle from the bouncing of the carrier on the road. That was difficult to clean of that very fine dust and it was the only negative I encountered. I would caution everyone to cover their vehicle even with an enclosed container.
