David called in response to my request I told him I had already hiread someone else. He asked how much and I said $1075 including a $250 expedited fee. He said "We use enclosed trucks and his charge would be $1175 including a $300 expedited pickup fee. What showed up was an OPEN Transport. THEY TRICKED ME INTO SPENDING $100 MORE FOR SAME KIND OF TRUCK AND WHEN I ASKED FOR THE OWNERS NAME HE GAVE ME A PHONY NAME! DISHONEST ALL THE WAY AROUND.

David sent the carrier to the location in an expedited manner per the customers request. We had the truck at the customers door in less then 24hrs and the customer was very happy. Expedited fees vary depending on availability. 2 days after the truck picked up the vehicle we received an email from customer asking for $100 off the fee that she already agreed to because the carrier wasn't enclosed. If the customer wanted an enclosed trailer then obviously the order would have stated enclosed and the rate would have been $300-$400 higher. Also, the customer wouldn't have let the open carrier pick up the car. Please review our ratings for an accurate viewing of our company. We have a 95% success rate.
