Folks, if you have any thought of using this company, then you better read this review first.

Even if you don't read all the way through, here is what you need to know.

Apparently, the scam that goes on with these transport companies is, they convince you to sign with them at a really low rate or that they can pick up your vehicle "today", take a 150-175 deposit promising you the car will be picked up on such and such date unbeknowst to us that they have not even assigned a carrier yet.

So they delay you as many days as they can with hopes that you will get frustrated and tell them to forget it... then they keep your deposit.

Its that simple. SO you should only go with those who don't charge your credit card until they pick up the vehicle and you(or whoever is with the car), signs off that they picked up.

I did end up getting perfect service with another company called Agape Auto Transport.

I will give you the watered down version of the story to explain why they literally stole money from me.

My car was in NC to be brought to NY.

Car was supposed to be pickup on a Thursday. The salesmen was a slick guy named Dakota originally from NY or so he said (to make me comfortable booking with him because new yorkers like working with there own).

He gave me a good rate and said the car can be picked up the same day which sounded great because i needed off the property by Friday because i just sold the house it was on and the new owners would not be happy to have it there.

So he charges the card 175 deposit (and he lied b/c he said he does not charge this until the driver picks up).

Thursday comes and goes and then Friday... the car is not picked up and he tells me every story in the book (he even said he had a truck smash through his building and it broke all the computers.... my gosh!)

Ok so at this point i figured he was just stalling for time... well saturday, sunday, monday pass, and no driver.

I call up and tell the lady at the company named sherry (b/c Dakota mysteriously disappeared)
what the deal was and she tells me the driver will be there in 1 hour... i told her shes lying and to forget it and refund the 175 which you were not authorized to charge.

She literally told me, "to go screw myself" and that "if i do a charge back on the credit card that i will lose", and hung up the phone on me.

So then i called another company (Agape), and i had my car in less then 24 hours! (which was amazing considering the 700 mile drive!)

So, i called my credit card company and they are taking care of the charge back now.

Moral of the story: Watch out for these scam artists.
