We were desperate to get our car across the country and relied on a company that promised a pick up within the week but neglected to tell us that we were in a loooong line of others. A week nearly passed and then we called Speedy Auto Transport. Freddie was honest, enlightening me to the fact that there is a vast network of drivers that compete for the highest offers, and companies might tell me that the job will be done, but their timeline is rarely accurate. He honestly told me that a higher offer would get our car on the truck and across the country in a timely fashion. With gas prices and so forth that's just the way it is. I was glad that he didn't choose to simply tell me that the car would be moved and leave me with a car collecting dust for a month. Very appreciative. The car arrived safe and sound.
