Was told by the broker that I would get a call the night before scheduled pick up from Speed Auto Transport and did not get a call. Broker looked in to it for me and said pick was delayed 3 days. They came through and picked up on the day re- scheduled. We were dealing with 4th of July weekend so traffic delays were expected. Luis, the owner/driver was very friendly and easy to work with. Got the requisite phone calls but not the constant daily updates some might expect. The mailbox was full a couple of times when I tried calling, but I just kept trying. They do not communicate via email, so if you need that sort of thing, you will be disappointed. But if you want a fast trip and sincere service, they will come through!
