Overcharged and Ripped off

I got totally ripped off by American Seep Auto and Anthony Razzo. They guaranteed me one price, then overcharged me by $75. It's been over 7 months since I identified the issue to the company. They acknowledged the error right away, but would not refund my credit card. They made promises to send a gas card. I've checked in every few weeks or months, but I've never been refunded and never received the card. They keep kicking the can down the road saying that I'll get it soon. It was a total bait and switch to quote me a lower rate, then charge my credit card. They would never provide a full invoice other than quotes they made to me over e-mail and the phone. Happy to share the whole e-mail exchange over the last 7+ months as proof.
