I am a dispatcher for a carrier company Three Color Transportation. My driver was assigned to move 2016 Volkswagen Jetta from MD-FL by Elite United Auto Transport & Logistics LLC dba American Speed Auto Transportation (MC# 960134) for $650 Cash on the delivery. The customer was shocked, because the broker charged his card for $180 already and their contract is $650 TOTAL. Of course when we heard that we tried to reach a broker and of course he never picked up the phone, so the customer made a charge back and we will receive out rate upon delivery. But anyway it is stressful for people, we as carriers also don't want to work with such brokers, so I have made already a claim to their bond (TDF Commercial Services) and to FMCSA. It will make a lot of issues for them. My advise for people who is reading this review and unfortunately have the same situation, just call to their bond and especially to FMCSA, explain the situation, provide their mc# and they will block this company forever
