Considering the horror stories you hear about this industry, this company handled everything very well. Yes, we got our car in good shape and in good time. Our daughter sometimes had trouble understanding the drivers, but we were ALWAYS able to contact someone about the status of the vehicle. We were even given the cellphone of the driver. The office staff (Dee) was always courteous and helpful. We would definitely recommend this service to anyone....
Helpful Hint: since the car is being transported via a big rig, have a spot in mind where a transporter of that size can maneuver. Small driveways and small side streets are not the best idea.
