These people actually performed just as advertised. Whats wrong with them ? Don't they know they are supposed to lie , cheat , and steal like the rest of this industry !!! Let me start by giving the names of these CULPRITS !!! Amy was the lady that took our order. Brad was the driver that picked up our SUV. We had trouble finding a carrier to fit our needs. Unfortunately we came across Specialty Mobile Systems. After speaking with this "AMY" person , she said she could meet our special needs. #1 on the list was , we were going to pack clothing and our pots and pans in our SUV. She said that wasn't a problem. I couldn't believe her ? What kind of customer service is that ?!?! #2 was we needed our SUV picked up on 5/14/07. No exceptions ! Again, this "AMY" character said that was no problem !?!?! I was surely begining to think she was a LIAR just trying to get my credit card # under false pretenses of good customer service. #3 , next we had to have our SUV transported in and enclosed carrier. Wouldn't you know it , again she said this was no problem. So we decided to give this Specialty Mobile a shot. So this guy "BRAD" calls two days before the pickup and says he's "ON SCHEDULE TO PICK IT UP" ... HA !!! YEA RIGHT !! here are where the lie's start !!! Or so i thought. This guy actually showed up ON TIME WITH THE ENCLOSED TRAILER !!! JUST LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD !!! Then to top it all off he had our SUV delivered in 5 days!!! All you people out there listen to me now !!! This SPECIALTY MOBILE SYSTEM did not damage our SUV like i expected. They DID NOT arrive late ... again like i expected them to. They delivered ON TIME , again like i DID NOT expect them to. AND , AND this "BRAD" guy would NOT take the tip we were trying to give him !!! I had nothing to argue about. DANG THEM ! If you like to be lied to , cheated and if you like to argue. DO NOT , I REPEAT , DO NOT CALL SPECIALTY MOBILE SYSTEMS ! I HATE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HATE YOU "AMY" & "BRAD"
