Dear Sirs:

I wanted to write a review regarding this company. Being a fan of the
internet when I googled transport companies I was amazed with all the
companies, the quote variations and the hype.

Your site was very influential in guiding me to a reputable firm. I
chose Specialty Transport for this reason, as well as their membership in the BBB,
which usually indicates accountability.I liked their guaranteed window for pick up and door to door delivery guarantee.
What I was not prepared for was the way they do business.
In summary I called them on a Saturday to book the transport.
On Monday morning they called me to advise that they were contacting the seller to arrange pick up. They called again in the afternoon after confirming pick up with the owner. They picked up exactly when promised and suggested delivery to me on Friday or Saturday of the same week.
They surprised me when the driver called and said he would be there by Thursday and was that convenient. He called again in advance to confirm delivery time and delivered exactly on time.

What a refreshing change in today's business world to have such polite, efficient communication and provide what is promised.
