My new car showed up with scratches all over it, but the company was very quick to respond and fix the problem.. Needs new paint on the hood, roof and back spoiler.. Got an estimate from the dealer and the company that did the transporting is paying it, not Specialty Mobile Systems. Overall the service was good as well as good customer service but obviously my car was damaged..
