The Specialty Mobile staff and the Happy Valley Transporter provided exceptional service to me. The staff, specifically, Amy Matthews was knowledgeable, personable and accommodating. I had to change miy pickup date because my flight reservation necessitated a specific pickup time. Amy went beyond my expectations in making sure my SUV was picked up on time. I am extremely pleased with the transporter, he was curteous, conscientous, knowledgeable, and punctual! He maintained phone contact with me to advise me on his time of arrival and delivered my SUV one day earlier than scheduled! My SUV was in excellent shape when delivered with the exception of a dirty windshield which is understandable after being transported over 2,000 miles. I would definitely use Specialty Mobile again and would recommend them without hesitation.
