Overall had a good experience. Received the quote the same day I submitted my request. I feel their charge is a bit on the higher side, but since reviews were good I went ahead with them. I had to fill in data online and then their customer service called up within 4 hours. I was asked to pay 20% of the amount upfront by Credit card and the balance cash on delivery. My car was picked up within 3 days of order. Unfortunately it was the first one picked up by the truck carrier, so it finally moved out from IL after 4 days. Good part was car was received in good condition within 6 days after it left IL, without any damage and not too dirty for being on the road that long. Driver was very professional and delivered promptly on said time.

Only issue was that customer service sucked. Once I placed the order, I had to follow-up multiple times to confirm when the driver would come to pick up the vehicle and also once vehicle was picked up, had to personally call truck carrier to find out status daily. They should have a way to convey status to customer, help us feel better about entrusting vehicle to them.
