Speciality Mobile had an excellent customer service. Dee was kind from the start to finish, and kept me informed of the status of my delivery. Although my car arrived at the destination two days after the scheduled date and I had to take the initiatives to call to ask about the rescheduled delivery date, my car arrived with no damage, and they put it at the top of the carrier like I requested so I was assured of the safety of my car. The only problem I had with the tranport from WA to VA was that the driver called me 8:40AM in the morning OF the delivery date to inform me that he's going to be here within an hour. I think it would have made more sense for him to call me the night before. But overall, I could trust Speciality Mobiles that they would take a good care of my car, and I would consider using them again.
