I asked to have a Honda Civic transported from Michigan to California. I called SMS, payed 195 dollars on my credit card, and Dee told me somebody will contact me. After 1-2 hours I was contacted by the driver John M from CCJ Auto Transport Inc, and offered to pick up the car the same afternoon. I had to work late that day and he was nice enough to wait an hour for me to get out from work. We meet him in a parking lot 5 minutes away from home, since the truck did not fit in small streets. John (the driver) called us from the road, and informed us he was gonna be one day earlier. He called 1 day before the delivery date, and coordinated a delivery time, and the place. It is important to given the driver exact directions, with exit numbers and crossing streets. On the delivery day, he called again 1 hour earlier and confirmed the delivery time. He arrived on time. He asked for the 800 dollars cash, and then unloaded the car. The car was in the same condition, without any damages. In general, it was a smooth and excellent transport. From my experience, I would recommend it 100%.
