This is the second time I have used Specialty Mobile and both experiences were great. I have used one other carrier for auto (because I could not remember who I had used previously) and it was pure Hell. These folks have a rare combination of professionalism and efficiency combined with good service and a friendly attitude. They actually listen- what a concept.
My old jeep was picked up early (which I was totally in accord with) and delivered exactly on time. The driver apologized because it might be the evening instead of afternoon. I laughed. The last yahoos I used showed up three weeks late with a non-English speaking driver who could not find my place. Yea a couple hours late is fine!
They also had to coordinate on the other end of the move with some friends and that is usually a challenge. Again- not a hitch.
No way would I try and save a few bucks using some else.
