this being my first time arranging for an auto transport, the whole process went pretty smoothly and my car arrived in good condition. my only complaint is that i specifically requested that the car not arrive at the delivery location (illinois) before a specified day. however, the car ended up coming one day earlier than anticipated, and i was not told ahead of time of this change. luckily, i was able to make it to the delivery location in time (although rushing from the airport), so it worked out in the end.
