Using Specialty Mobile System was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The begin, the pricing ($1295) was competitive with all other enclosed trailer pricing I received from about 10 other companies. When I called to book a reservation, I spoke directly with the onwer of the company. He made me feel very comfortable that my car would be in good hands. He confirmed that my car would be on an enclosed trailer with one other car from the time it was picked up until it reached my driveway. I was provided with the driver's name and cell phone number. The driver called me to confirm he has picked up my car and that it was on the truck. He then provided me with an estimation of his arrival time. His communication with me during his trip was excellent. He experienced an issue with his truck that needed repair. Since this took a few hours, he reset my expectations as to when he would arrive. Considering most other carriers could only guess within a few days -- I thought a few hours difference was very acceptable. Upon arrival, my car was in perfect condition. The driver was very polite and thoughful throughout the entire experience. I would without a doubt choose SMS to transport a vehicle of mine again.
