The broker was excellent, the carrier was careful, communicative and conscientious. But, because the actual trucking company used was not the same one the broker told me I had to go to the bank with the driver and get a new cashiers check with the actual companies name. No biggy because the banks were open. Had this been an evening delivery there would have been no way to pay till Monday. I don't know if this was the broker's fault or the truckers that the name on the confirmation email was wrong.
