My experience with Specialty Mobile Systems (SMS) was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I initially contracted with A AAAdvantage Auto Transport to ship my newly acquired Aston Martin DB7. However after three weeks of scheduling will occur “tomorrow,” I looked at other options. I found this website and read a post that complained about A AAAdvantage Auto Transport but recommended SMS. This time I did my due diligence, checked out SMS with the Better Business Bureau (excellent) and read the reviews on the internet.

I called SMS and immediately there was a whole different customer service approach. My contact at SMS was Dee and she and the staff took the extra step to ensure that my vehicle was scheduled quickly, picked up on-time, and was delivered in perfect condition. In fact I was shocked at the speed and efficiency when Dee called me back the next day to tell me that the vehicle was already booked for pickup. I was kept informed by both headquarters and the driver on the status of my vehicle during shipment. After my vehicle was delivered Dee took the time to contact me to make sure that I was fully satisfied with their service.

I would not hesitate to have SMS handle any of your vehicle shipping needs. Whether if it is your kid’s junker or your newly acquired exotic vehicle, feel confident that SMS will provide top level service.
