I had a tough situation to deal with. First of all, I had a vehicle transported by another carrier previously who had not only not followed up on their word, but damaged my BRAND NEW truck that I hadn't even driven yet. On top of that, this transport was very delicate as it was a vehicle my dad had been working on prior to his death. The car had just been restored and I could not afford an enclosed carrier.

When I contacted Amy @ Specialty Mobile, she listened very intently to my concerns and allowed me to explain the story of the car that was being transported and how important it was to me. I explained what I had been through with my previous transport experience, etc... and at no time did she interrupt me. She was obviously taking copious notes in the process as she asked about certain things when she followed up with me on the status.

Now the other important stuff: The car was picked up on time, it arrived 2 DAYS EARLIER than expected and it was NOT DAMAGED! SUCCESS!!!!!

If I ever have to move anything again, I would DEFINITELY use Specialty Mobile. The customer service and communication from Amy and the driver who was carrying my precious cargo was OUTSTANDING. This coming from someone who teaches customer service.

Amy, if you read this, please thank your staff and driver again for being so professional, courteous, and understanding. It was a pleasure working with you and your company.
