The arrangements were made quite efficiently a few weeks in advance, the pickup was timely and well signaled, my car was the last one onto the transport on the East Coast and seemed to be the first one off the same transport just 5 days later-- quite dusty, of course, but otherwise just fine -- at my destination on the West Coast. The price was not the lowest, but it was still quite competitive. My only issue is that my car was not picked up at my door in DC as I had expected -- but just outside the city limits, near a metro station. The reason given was that taking the transport into the District requires a special permit. This seems a reasonable explanation, but since that requirement is not new but has been in place since not long after 9/11/2001, I think the company staff or the driver could and should have told me that the service would not be door-to-door early on -- not sprung that on me 5 hours before pickup! Nevertheless, the overall service gets very high marks from me, including that these are the very nicest folks you will ever deal with.
